What CozyShelf is
Two ready-to-use descriptions. Copy them as they are or trim to fit.
CozyShelf is a visual reading tracker and mood journal for readers who choose their next book by how they feel.
CozyShelf is a reading tracker for mood readers. Every book becomes a spine on a visual bookshelf, dressed in one of seven ambiences, from Romantasy to Dark Academia. Readers note how a story makes them feel in the moment, and CozyShelf turns those feelings into a constellation of their reading year.

Logo and colors
Please use the logo as provided, without stretching, recoloring or adding effects. The name is written as one word with two capitals: CozyShelf.
Joanna Leslie is the founder and designer of CozyShelf. She has been reading for fun since she was nine, and she describes herself as a mood reader. After seven years as a data analyst, she spent the next ten organizing online communities, in both paid and volunteer roles, and is a certified online community manager. Today she hosts an in-person book club while living abroad with her family. She designed and built CozyShelf from scratch and launched it on the App Store in June 2026. Alongside CozyShelf, she runs a video media company.
“Some people hear a song and they’re right back in a certain year. For me it’s books. I know exactly where I was in life when I read a story and how it hit me, whether I was seeing myself in the pages or meeting someone completely new. Reading has been the one constant in my life, and it has always been about the feeling. The apps I tried were built to catalog and count. I wanted one that holds on to those moments and still feels playful now, while I crash out over my favorite main characters.”
Joanna Leslie, founder of CozyShelf
